How it works
Simply send me all your excel data and any unpaid sales/purchase invoices and bank statements and then let me do all the legwork.
All your current year excel data, and previous financial year’s data if you have it (more years can be arranged on request) will be migrated into Xero, tailored and tweaked to your business model.
3 week turnaround on the data migration – I know it’s busy being a business owner, and we all need things sorted ASAP.
Xero training session provided on Zoom & follow up session to catch up and see how you’re getting on and sort any queries/support issues.

How it works
Just give me access and leave me to it (that’s up to 1,000 unposted transactions – any more than that… no judgement here, but that will be extra).
Send me any receipts/ invoices (by post or electronically) relating to any unposted transactions.
Once it’s all up to date, normally a 3-4 week turnaround, I will send you a set of business accounts and accompanying management report on your business performance and financial position.

How it works
We’ll start off with an overview meeting to discuss your business strategy and get focused.
The collaborative budgeting process can be spread over a couple of sessions to create a 12 month business budget and a set of KPIs to keep you on track.
I will upload the completed budget into your accounting system (that’s assuming you have one.… if not check out my Xero migration package!)
We'll have 3 monthly review sessions - each month we will walk through the process of reviewing your financial performance against the budget, with me mentoring you to understand and interpret your financial data.
At the end of 3 months you’ll be flying solo for the remaining 9 months and we will get back together at the end of the 12 months for a follow up session
